Karate Telemarketers

Postby HanshiClayton » Tue Apr 06, 2010 9:29 am

I got a call from a telemarketer recently. He was trying to sell me a bill-collection service.

"I don't need that," I said.

"Well, don't you have student accounts to collect every month?" he asked.

"Yes, we do."

"And aren't some of them delinquent?"

"Nope. We've never had a delinquent account."

"None of your accounts are delinquent!?!?" he asked in amazement.

"This is a karate school," I said. "If they get behind in their dues, we take them out in the parking lot and beat them up."

There was silence on the other end of the line. Then the sound of uncontrollable laughter as he hung up.
